Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The Manager, Strategic Account Management leads the development and execution of account strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs. About the team: The Strategic Account Management team for Marketplace D3 (School & Office) drives key business initiatives by fostering strong stakeholder relationships and aligning strategies with customer needs. The team leverages data analysis, business metrics, and consultative approaches to support revenue growth and optimize account planning. Members collaborate cross-functionally to deliver effective solutions, manage complex projects, and enhance product assortments. With a focus on continuous improvement and integrity, the team promotes professional development and accountability while ensuring compliance with company standards. This group plays a vital role in advancing Walmarts mission through strategic partnership and operational excellence. What you'll do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business plans and initiatives. Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, and execution to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Oversee team performance by providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities. Analyze business metrics and data models to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning. Collaborate cross-functionally to align business objectives and deliver effective solutions. Manage negotiation processes to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. What you'll bring: Proven experience in strategic account management with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Expertise in business planning, data analysis, and interpreting key performance indicators to drive revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively. Proficiency in negotiation and consultative selling to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Strong communication skills to present business cases and collaborate with internal and external partners.
