As an Express Lube Advisor, you will be the frontline contact for our service department, ensuring that every customer's experience is seamless, from greeting to completion of service. Your role will involve: Responsibilities: Greeting customers and conducting initial vehicle check-ins. Clearly communicating service requirements and timelines to customers. Advising customers on necessary and recommended services. Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
