Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The Manager, Project Management leads multiple medium-scale projects by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective solutions aligned with organizational objectives. This role involves managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure timely achievement of milestones while adhering to established standards and ethical practices. The position fosters strong relationships with sponsors and teams, promotes continuous improvement, and supports associate development through coaching and mentoring. The manager drives results with integrity, adaptability, and a focus on delivering value that supports the companys mission and operational excellence. About the team: The legal team supports Walmart Inc.s people strategy by providing expert guidance on employment law and collaborating with HR and cross-functional partners to address regulatory challenges. The teams work includes wage and hour compliance, benefits design, payroll operations, and global talent initiatives. Advising enterprise teams, they deliver strategic insights that influence key projects and business outcomes. Operating at the intersection of law and business, the team offers forward-looking legal counsel that supports transformative programs and drives organizational success through effective project management, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to ethical standards. What you'll do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. Create and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules, aligning multiple work streams to achieve established objectives. Monitor project budgets, costs, and milestones, identifying risks and escalating changes as needed to maintain progress. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions efficiently while adhering to project management standards and ethical conduct. Provide leadership and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed with appropriate frequency and detail. What you'll bring: Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams with effective project coordination and planning. Strong stakeholder management skills, including building and maintaining relationships and communicating project requirements clearly. Manage regulatory deadlines and ensure timely responses to state-specific compliance requirements. Track and manage multiple regulatory deadlines at a given time. Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, and manage budgets to ensure timely delivery. Excellent communication skills to create and execute communication plans and provide status updates to various stakeholders. Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and implement continuous improvements. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
