This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team. About the Role Were looking for a solution focused problem solver to join our team as an Associate, Ordering. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert in the fulfillment process of the stock ordering process. The role is responsible for issuing and managing purchase orders, initiating the payment process, setting up dealers with Accounts Payable, and managing the receipt of MSOs past payment. What Youll Do · Issue purchase orders · Ensure accuracy of received dealer invoices for payment processing · Manage receipt of MSOs from dealers to ensure timely initiation of MSO process · Communicate with dealers for post payment activities including: o Requesting MSO o Confirming delivery o Validating payment details · Completing new dealer set up · Gathering required documents, including W9 and ACH banking information Basic Qualifications · High school diploma or GED · 1 to 2 years of business experience · Experience with Microsoft Suite: including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application · Excellent communication skills · Able to legally work in the country of hire without support from the organization · An effective and accountable problem solver with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications · Education: College/University degree preferred · Automotive/Fleet industry experience Location: Hopkins, MN The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
