Dematic is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for operating various types of powered industrial trucks, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forklifts, to pick, move, locate, stack, and count product. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This role will be working Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Occasional overtime may be required. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.00 to $25.00 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role Safely operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forklifts to move/pick product throughout the warehouse. Load and unload materials from trailers and storage areas. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs. Pick, stage, and transport materials according to work orders and inventory systems. Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits. Accurately complete required paperwork and system entries for material movement. cycle counts and inventory audits. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. What We are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 12 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment. Valid certification or license to operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forklifts. Ability to read and interpret packing slips, manifests, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
