Boeing Global Services Experienced Modification and Maintenance Project Management Specialist Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations The Boeing Company is looking for a highly skilled Experienced Aircraft Maintenance & Modification Operations Project Management Specialist to join a dynamic team of modification technicians and tool room/production specialists in the performance of F-15 SA modifications and upgrades at King Abdulaziz Air Base in Dhahran Saudi Arabia. primarily focused on the utilization of project management skills and principles to develop plans, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks. This position will start in Hazelwood, MO. This is a Long-Term Assignment to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 3 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to this international location will be provided. Ability to meet Int'l assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet Int'l assignment health requirements. Position Responsibilities Supports the development of or manufacturing plans and schedules leveraging released technical data. Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries. Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes. Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes. Supports business unit level operating plans. Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives. Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency. This role will provide the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated and evolving team of like-minded professionals within the Global Technical Operations and Field Operations Team, delivering an integrated standardized approach to business and program planning to plan, prepare, propose, and execute contractual requirements. Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice Willing to travel 20% of the time or more as needed Experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and the ability to learn in house systems 3+ years' experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO, or related production control environments, with demonstrable experience in planning and maintenance 3+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects, Milestones, Open Project Professional, etc Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 4 years in Modification/Retrofit/Manufacturing scheduling Ex-Pat Information: Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable Employment is contingent on the candidates ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidates ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned.
