Position Summary... What you'll do... Job Description Position Summary Were seeking a detail-oriented and strategic procurement professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Procurement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving value through supplier relationships, contract management, and data-driven sourcing strategies. Youll play a key role in supporting procurement operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and influencing sourcing decisions across store fixture categories. About the Procurement Team Our Procurement team is responsible for sourcing store fixtures that support business operations. We collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. As part of this team, youll contribute to supplier performance management, contract analysis, and category strategy development, helping shape procurement practices that align with business goals. What youll do: Prepare and analyze data to support negotiation strategies and outcomes. Extract and validate contract components, identifying risks and missing elements. Segment and assess suppliers, monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, and escalate issues as needed. Identify savings opportunities and support category strategy execution for less complex categories. Conduct sourcing activities including RFx events, supplier communications, and bid management. Build TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and clean sheet models using data from various sources to influence buying decisions. Present insights and recommendations using structured, data-driven communication in conjunction with the latest AI tools. Apply problem-solving techniques to break down business challenges and propose solutions. Ensure data quality and leverage digital tools to improve procurement processes. Analyze financial data to support business plans and communicate findings to stakeholders. What youll bring: Experience in procurement, contract management, or supplier performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data. Proficiency in data visualization and digital tools to support decision-making. Effective communication and negotiation skills across cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
