Department: Plumbing Shop Department's Website: https://fama.uark.edu/ Summary of Job Duties: The Plumber I is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures, natural gas components and piping, irrigation systems, backflow preventer testing and repairs and storm drains within the campus. This role requires a thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
