The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, and overall appearance of the corporate office building. This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors by performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, and public spaces. Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with building policies. Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products. Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed. Respond promptly to cleaning and maintenance requests from staff or management. Ensure floors, entryways, and high-traffic areas are kept safe. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an office or commercial building setting preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Ability to lift to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Work Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
