Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product flow and availability. This role drives sales and inventory performance through strategic collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and promotional timing. The manager applies data-driven analysis to resolve supply disruptions and improve inventory health while overseeing team development and operational compliance. Focused on continuous improvement, this position supports efficient inventory distribution and fosters strong partnerships to deliver value and meet customer demand effectively. About the team: The Milk team collaborates across merchandising, supply chain, and sourcing to optimize inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment. The team focuses on maintaining inventory health, managing product flow, and addressing supply challenges to meet customer needs efficiently. Through data analysis and strategic execution, the team supports business goals while upholding Walmarts commitment to integrity and operational excellence. What you'll do: Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration. Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing requirements. Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues. Oversee inventory product flow, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators. Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning at the lowest cost. Provide strategic leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring team members, and fostering continuous improvement. Monitor and improve On-Time-In-Full delivery metrics through supplier engagement and process enhancements. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven root cause analysis and problem resolution. Ability to develop and execute strategic inventory and supply plans aligned with business goals. Experience collaborating effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams to optimize product flow. Demonstrated leadership in team development, mentoring, and performance management. Proficiency in managing inventory health metrics, including reducing understock and overstock situations. Skilled in utilizing inventory systems to support allocation, forecasting, and promotional planning. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
