About Delta View Post Acute Delta View Post Acute is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. What You'll Do As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to residents while working closely with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the highest quality of care. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility. Measure and record vital signs. Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team. Document care accurately according to facility policies. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding resident care. Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
