What Youll Do Supervise and lead housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming facility Train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with infection control standards Maintain supply inventory and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained Collaborate with leadership and nursing staff to meet the needs of residents and families What Were Looking For Previous experience in housekeeping/environmental services, preferably in healthcare Leadership or supervisory experience a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a team with positivity Why Midtown Oaks Post Acute?
