We have an amazing opportunity for a Eastmont - Floor Tech (Custodian) to join our team! We have a wonderful opportunity for a Floor Tech (Custodian) who would like to have a meaningful role where they are valued every day! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping the community looking great, and have a passion for people who will appreciate your hard work. The hourly rate for this role starts at $16.00 to $18.00 DOE. What you need to succeed: Must be at least 18 years of age. One to three years floor care experience. Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required but is highly desired. Can-do attitude and work ethic. Must be able to operate shampooing machines and have knowledge of the floor care chemicals and cleaning solutions. Be able to reliably work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Self-motivated and a desire to have the cleanest floors in town. Physical Requirements Be able to lift/push/pull or carry up to 50 lbs. Our Floor Tech: Cleans and maintains all floors (carpet, LVT, tile, linoleum, wood, etc.). Keeps equipment and supplies clean, neat, organized, and filled. Sweeps, mops, shampoos and operates floor cleaning machines. Responds quickly to spills. Cleans and sanitizes public areas (hallways, restrooms, dining areas, etc.) Provides excellent customer service to our residents. Perform other duties as assigned.
