Mid-Level Information Technology Project Management Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the team in North Charleston, SC. This individual will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Information Technology (IT) projects with a focus on project schedules, testing coordination, and application modernization schedules. This role works closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational goals. Position Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and track project schedules across multiple IT initiatives Coordinate testing activities, including planning, scheduling, defect tracking, and readiness reviews Support application modernization schedules by managing milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and schedule impacts Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review status, dependencies, and upcoming deliverables Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and accessible to relevant teams Collaborate with technical teams to align resources and timelines with project objectives Assist in preparing status reports, presentations, and executive summaries Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion Support change management and coordination activities as needed Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality against specifications 3+ years of experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting 1+ years of experience with Azure DevOps/Git or AGILE development Experience leading technical initiatives and driving modernization efforts Experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelors degree or higher Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies Experience working with ADO, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar tools Experience analyzing schedule dependencies and managing cross-functional coordination Experience working with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience working with a strong attention to detail and follow-through Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Companys Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
