Job Description: Were looking for an experienced events professional to join our corporate communications team as a Senior Events Manager. Youll help support strategic brand activations and client experiences that inform and inspire globally. The Senior Events Producer will orchestrate dentsus global presence and overall logistics management, development and activation of the networks global and regional event programs, sponsorships, and speaking engagements to help achieve dentsus overall growth plans and communications goals. You will directly report to the SVP, External Agency Programs and Experiences. Accountabilities: Work with the SVP, External Agency Programs and Experiences to support and implement end-to-end brand activations, client experiences, lead-generation programs and tentpole industry events, including in-person, virtual and hybrid events. You will be responsible for full planning and execution of multiple hybrid events and conferences, including: venue sourcing, contracting, budget, site selection, online registration, all digital and print materials, transportation, accommodation, communications, activities, themes/decorations, gifts and entertainment, catering, tech and AV, content management and speaker logistics Support, track and oversee the events budget. Negotiate and oversee the delivery of contracts, administrate invoices and budget tracking Develop events calendars and global events email traffic Research, evolve, and improve our calendar of events to meet the priorities of a rapid-growth organization Partner with our strategy, integrated clients, growth marketing and solutions teams as well as service lines and agency brands, to drive growth Support communications team with leadership programs Provide production oversight on electronic magazines, podcasts, webinars, video and audio recordings Willing to put in long hours and travel to domestic and international events Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing successful events across several channels Experience being part of a lean team is desirable having adopted skills to work both strategically and operationally Experience with sponsorship, experiential marketing, and live events as part of the marketing mix, and the benefits of live events as a communications channel Track record for producing small to large-scale events Project management skills with prior experience managing multiple partners Skills in sponsorship and live event marketing strategy, negotiation, and execution The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
