Brown & Brown is seeking Benefits Analyst to join our growing team in Denver, CO! The Benefits Analyst will provide client service support to Employee Benefits team through data analysis, benefit administration, customer service, and efficient processes to support the retention of clients. How You Will Contribute: Assist in client specific projects as assigned, including but not limited to; preparing annual enrollment materials, financial and claim reporting, analysis, and projections, gathering underwriting data, and RFP responses. Provide excellent customer service to the clients employee membership by researching and resolving inquiries in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Document and maintain client information in agency management database in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Assist with client meeting preparation, which could include scheduling, material preparation, and/or attendance at client meetings. Establish, cultivate and manage relations with carriers, vendors, and clients. Conduct routine audits to ensure client requests are reflected accurately. Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office. Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards. Participate in client meetings, as needed. Follow agency guidelines, policies and procedures; including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing. Participate in training opportunities to remain current on technology, industry information, new product development, legislation, and coverages. All other duties as assigned. Licenses & Certifications: Willingness to obtain Health and Life Insurance License. Skills & Experience to be Successful: Proficient knowledge in computer-based programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher). Proficient knowledge use of office equipment (including but not limited to copy machines, printers, faxes, binding machine, etc.) 1+ year of work or internship experience. (preferred) Working knowledge in employee benefit insurance coverages. (preferred) College Degree in a business-related field. (preferred) Pay Range $28.85 - $28.85 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
