Your opportunity: As a Sales Application Specialist you will provide a high level of customer service and sales support for OEM account managers, assist customers directly with application and product selection and produce quotes per customer specifications. You will also, assist in meeting annual sales targets and collaborate with Greenheck Group business units to help meet goals and objectives through the OEM channel. What youll be doing: Identify and learn customer selections, product features, options, accessories, and application needs for Greenheck Group products. Work directly with Business Unit personnel regarding product questions, Special Design Requests (SDR's), etc. Communicate with OEM Account Managers and customers to ensure accuracy when creating CAPS files; Create and send product quotes in CAPS to customers, Engineering, and Purchasing teams. Provide training support and customer service support as needed for customers, including listening and understanding their problems, challenges, and opportunities to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions, order status updates, etc. Assist OEM Account Manager with creating fiscal goals including annual sales and margin targets. What you should have: 4-6 years of relevant work experience in direct sales, outside sales, mechanical engineering, HVAC, or other related experience required. 4 Year / bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing or Engineering or equivalent years of job experience required. Excellent negotiation skills, persuasive sales personality, and financial acumen preferred. Minimal travel is required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $67,555- $91,398 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
