Lifeguard - Bentonville, AR Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center Part-time, 12-16 hrs/week Primarily mornings, mid-afternoon(10:15am-4pm), and weekends The Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center, managed by HealthFitness is looking for Lifeguards to join the recreation team in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all the aquatic facility members and guests. What you'll be doing Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities. Enforce and explain rules as necessary. Respond appropriately to any emergency situation. Perform chemical testing and documents results for three bodies of water and a hot tub four times a day. Attend all required staff meetings and training. Ensure that needs of the aquatic center are being met by folding towels; cleaning; filling water machines; and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members. Maintain a professional attitude. Other duties as needed/assigned. What you'll need: Must be at least 16 years old. American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification. Be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner with strong customer service skills. Compensation: $16-$18/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
