Full Job Description

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a part-time College Intern to support executive leadership, including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Market Officer. This role provides exposure to high-level business operations and strategic initiatives, offering hands-on experience in a professional services environment. The intern will assist with a variety of business management projects, research efforts, and administrative support activities that contribute to the overall success of the organization. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Key Responsibilities Support executive leadership with business management projects and strategic initiatives. Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations. Organize and maintain documentation, meeting materials, and project tracking tools. Support cross-functional coordination efforts across departments as needed. Assist in developing process improvements and identifying efficiencies within business operations. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support research, content development, and workflow optimization. Perform additional administrative and project-related tasks as assigned. Required Skills Highly responsible, dependable, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Working knowledge or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar). Hourly Rate: $22 - $25 per hour (depending on year in school) Additional Information Wilson & Company is not currently sponsoring candidates for employment authorization.
