Role summary: As Manager of Homepage on the Digital Member Experience and Engagement Team, youll play a critical role in bringing our omni-marketing calendar and digital vision to life. Youll be responsible for managing the day-to-day site merchandising and marketing operations surrounding Sams Clubs Homepage, ensuring that we provide the very best shopping experience in online retail. Youll play a pivotal role in Sams Club digital transformation, creating and delivering inspiring digital shopping experiences that bring our promise to expect something special to life. Youll perform analysis to find actional insights and leverage data and creativity to make informed decisions for Homepage. About the team: Our team oversees the homepage for Sams Clubs digital platform, driving campaign activations and homepage strategies. We collaborate with Digital Merchandising, Product, Engineering, Marketing Planning & Operations, Analytics, UX, and Membership teams to deliver seamless and engaging online shopping experiences. Focused on inspiring product discovery and highlighting key categories, we continuously monitor traffic and engagement to optimize content. Leading campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting, we operate with agility to meet evolving business needs. Our efforts enhance shopping ease, increase visit frequency, and position Sams Club digital platforms as essential to members shopping habits. What you'll do: Manage digital homepage content and campaign execution to support e-commerce growth. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining consistent merchandising standards and processes. Responsible for QAing the homepage experience, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with marketing and brand standards. Conducts thorough reviews of creative proofs, ensuring all content, visuals, and messaging meet quality and brand standards Applies strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines Contribute and help manage homepage calendar. Influence stakeholders through clear communication and presentation of insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align merchandising initiatives with business objectives. Utilize reporting tools to monitor performance and drive data-driven decision making. What you'll bring: You drive results with strong digital acumen and technical capabilities.
