Competitive PRN pay: $27$29/hr Up to $5/hr shift differential Flexible PRN scheduling Opportunities across our facility network Employee appreciation events Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in our skilled nursing environment. This role offers flexibility while still being part of a supportive clinical team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and report changes Maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Active LPN license in South Carolina (in good standing) Current CPR certification Must maintain all required continuing education Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred We are an equal opportunity employer.
