Project Controls Analyst - Invoice Reconciler

How will you contribute to the team? Receives, audits, and codes invoices in Oracle ERP. Reviews Purchase Orders and creates and updates Payment Applications. Enters contract, commercial, and project information into the database. Communicates with vendors to request additional backup as required. Ensures invoices and funding requests are processed in a timely manner by following up with approvers. Reviews and updates the NON-PO accrual file for Plant Accounting. Collaborates with project team members and stakeholders. What will you contribute? Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel. Data entry experience. Must have excellent communication skills. Expected compensation range is between $60,000 - $80,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
