Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry! Johnson Brothers is seeking a Driver Check-In Specialist for our St. Paul location. This position is responsible for performing Driver Check-In duties at the St. Paul facility. This position is also responsible for running End of Week/End of Month programs, payment application, credit entry, collections, and other duties as assigned. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 10AM-6:30PM. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Check-in delivery drivers routes verifying for accuracy and completeness. Run End of Week/End of Month programs. Post check payments to customers accounts. Enter, verify, process, and print credits due to our customers. Monitor amounts due to the organization and conduct B2B collection calls to solicit payment on overdue accounts. Foster and maintain a collaborative relationship with customers, sales, warehouse, delivery, customer service, and management. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and established credit policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Accuracy Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Communication Ability to communicate while building and maintaining positive relationships. Problem Solving Ability to find solutions for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. Working Under Pressure Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude. Organization Ability to organize and plan work to meet established deadlines. Independence Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, make appropriate decisions, follow through and make recommendations. Customer Service Excellent customer service skills needed. Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, Passion, Innovation, and Work Ethic Ability to support our Corporate Values. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Education High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Associates or bachelors degree preferred but not required. Experience - Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Credit functions preferred. Computer Skills - Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet applications; I Series/AS400 experience preferred; 10 key typing skills Data Entry Ability to accurately enter large quantities of data; One year experience preferred Other Requirements - Legally permitted to work in the United States. The expected pay range for this role is $20-$21.00/hr. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
