About the job The Product Sourcing Manager will be responsible for supplier management, cost optimization, and supply continuity across a portfolio of high-impact components including networking solutions, optics, and server platforms. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence supplier relationships, and deliver strategic sourcing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical chassis to support hyperscale programs Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance management, and capacity alignment Ensure supply continuity, lead-time management, and production readiness for system builds Drive cost optimization, should-cost analysis, and regional sourcing initiatives Partner with Engineering, NPI, and Operations on RFQs, supplier qualification, and design readiness Identify and mitigate supply risks, including capacity constraints, quality issues, and delivery gaps Salary $120,000-140,000 @ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
