Job Title: Preferred Banking Lead - Centralized Operational Processing Location: CityScape What you'll do: As the Centralized Operational Processing Lead, you will serve as a key resource supporting centralized operational processes across Preferred Banking. In this role, you will guide day-to-day execution for fraud remediation, complaint and escalation handling, and operational workflows. You will partner closely with the Centralized Operational Processing Manager to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency while coaching team members and assisting with client-facing needs. This position requires strong operational knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Client-facing hours for Centralized Processing are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Summary of team responsibilities: Complaint management and engagement Executive escalations Fraud management and account maintenance Client facing engagement via phone and email Audit and testing evidence capturing and distribution Daily operational tasks impacting our business Be a subject matter expert for the Preferred Banker team by responding to complex client requests and assisting team members to execute the complete client life cycle and achieve client satisfaction. Assist the preferred banking team in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to promote Bank products through analysis of client patterns and needs. Be an expert banker with regard to treasury management, deposit operations activities, and complex technical skill relative to client requests. Manage distribution of work for their designated team, facilitate cross training opportunities, and provide reporting to management on production, turnaround times and other key data points. Ensure the team meets service level standards including sales, customer service, turn-around time, risk management and regulatory compliance, audit soundness, and productivity and efficiency. May also monitor individual team member performance to support their career progression and ensure optimal client support for all client inquiries or requests. Assist leadership in executing strategic business initiatives driven by data analytics. This may require change management techniques with other internal departments and proactively keeping up-to-date with Bank products. May indirectly lead, mentor, and develop other junior members of the team. What you'll need: 5+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations or similar field. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Previous leadership experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Intermediate to advanced business, legal, and technical writing ability with a good working knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications. Entry level to intermediate sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products. Advanced speaking and writing communication skills. Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $73,085.00 - $90,278.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
