Core Essential Functions Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and standards for service, performance, and professionalism. Own all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service execution, product quality, cleanliness, and team performance. Maintain a flawless relationship with the entire hotel team & be the main point of contact for the hotel leadership team Drive a service culture that prioritizes personalization, warmth, and consistency in every guest interaction. Build, manage, and own the restaurants operating budget, P&L, and forecasting models in partnership with Director of F&B and finance team. Lead the development and execution of new concepts, seasonal menus, and brand partnerships that align with market trends and guest demand. Oversee scheduling, payroll, training, and performance management across all restaurant roles. Direct and participate in the functions of the Food and Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding guest experience. Regularly review and evaluate guest feedback to ensure a great food and beverage operation.
