About the team: The Overnight Stocking Coach leads and supports the overnight team to ensure products are stocked efficiently and shelves are replenished on time to meet customer needs. This team focuses on maintaining high standards of store presentation and operational excellence during overnight hours. By providing clear guidance, training, and feedback, the team works collaboratively to achieve business goals and deliver a positive shopping experience. What you'll do: Lead and develop overnight stocking teams by providing training, coaching, and clear guidance to ensure effective store operations. Communicate business objectives and operational expectations to associates, fostering collaboration and accountability. Monitor merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions to support sales and profit goals. Drive customer service excellence by modeling standards and resolving issues to enhance the shopping experience. Analyze financial performance, assist in budgeting and expense control, and implement action plans to improve results. Support change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to optimize operational processes and associate development. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) - Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges) State Pay Differential: This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
