Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The (USA) Overnight Stocking Coach leads and develops overnight teams by providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure efficient store operations. This role emphasizes effective communication, collaboration, and the implementation of business initiatives to drive financial performance and operational excellence. The coach models exceptional customer service standards, supports inventory management, and fosters continuous improvement. By setting clear expectations and mentoring associates, the position contributes to achieving sales and profit goals while maintaining compliance with company policies and promoting a positive, high-performing work environment. About the team: The Overnight Stocking Coach leads and supports the overnight team to ensure products are stocked efficiently and shelves are replenished on time to meet customer needs. This team focuses on maintaining high standards of store presentation and operational excellence during overnight hours. By providing clear guidance, training, and feedback, the team works collaboratively to achieve business goals and deliver a positive shopping experience. The role emphasizes effective communication, process improvement, and adherence to company policies, fostering a productive environment that supports continuous learning and operational success. What you'll do: Lead and develop overnight stocking teams by providing training, coaching, and clear guidance to ensure effective store operations. Communicate business objectives and operational expectations to associates, fostering collaboration and accountability. Monitor merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions to support sales and profit goals. Drive customer service excellence by modeling standards and resolving issues to enhance the shopping experience. Analyze financial performance, assist in budgeting and expense control, and implement action plans to improve results. Support change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to optimize operational processes and associate development. Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with associates at all levels and provide clear guidance. Ability to manage operational processes, including merchandising, inventory flow, and financial performance monitoring. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process enhancements. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) - Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges) State Pay Differential: This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable. Minimum Qualifications... Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications. 2 years of college; OR 1 years retail experience and 1 years supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 years supervisory experience. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
