This is a hybrid position reporting to the Madison, WI headquarters and individuals are expected to work in the office several days a month. The Senior Analyst (Analyst V) operates autonomously, performing a crucial role in uncovering, developing, and implementing advanced analytics and reporting solutions to tackle essential business needs. This role encompasses activities such as exploratory analysis, root cause analysis, statistical modeling, report generation, and visualization creation, all aimed at facilitating data-driven decision-making and providing actionable suggestions. The Senior Analyst (Analyst V) collaborates with key stakeholders to pinpoint and provide robust reporting and analytics resolutions that elevate overall business performance. In this capacity, the analyst functions as an authority in data pertaining to their specific business domain, fine-tuning essential metrics, engaging in cross-departmental initiatives, and delving into extensive datasets to extract valuable insights. Job Requirements: The position requires a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field and 8 years of data analytics experience. As part of the 8 years of data analytics experience, the candidate must also have: 5 years of experience in working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into an analytical solution. 5 years of experience with structured and unstructured data management systems which includes 3 years experience with: SQL Power BI Tableau SQL Server Database Python R Javascript HTML Azure DevOps 5 years of experience in building dynamic reports and scorecards 5 years of experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines 5 years of experience in presenting business and technical information to stakeholders and cross-functional partners 5 years of experience with Snowflake 5 years of experience with Salesforce 2 years of experience with Marketing and Campaign Analytics, running and measuring control/exposed and A/B tests 2 years of work experience in a technical consulting role 1 year of experience with Alteryx 3 years of experience working with offshore teams 1 years of experience leading remote, offshore teams while based in the US CMFG Life Insurance Company completes post-offer/pre-employment background checks.
