Client Relations Agent Job Description: As a Client Relations Agent you will build customer relationships for SuretyBonds.com. This position adds value to the SuretyBonds.com client experience for new business acquisition and renewal business retention. Primary responsibilities include guiding new and existing customers through the surety bond application process, answering customer questions to ensure account accuracy, and closing sales for warm leads generated in-house through our SuretyBonds.com website. SuretyBonds.com pays for training and exam fees. Key Responsibilities Explain and promote various surety bond products to clients, ensuring they understand the benets and requirements. Help clients complete bond applications and answer questions as needed. Collaborate with other SuretyBonds.com team members (including underwriters, account managers, and service representatives) to ensure seamless bond processing and customer satisfaction.
