About this Position Primerica seeks an Attorney to handle securities complaints, respond to SEC, FINRA, state securities and other inquiries, relating to securities issues, as well as special projects. Hybrid role 2 days in office Location: Duluth, GA Salary range between $90K - $110K Annually Responsibilities & Qualifications DUTIES: Investigate and resolve consumer complaints related to securities products, including mutual funds, variable annuities, managed accounts and 529 plans, as well as other services provided by the Primerica Companies sales force. Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries and assist representatives in the preparation of required statements and negotiate and implement settlements with consumers, including preparing required documents for management approval of settlements and enacting settlements, which includes facilitating payments to clients, making adjustments to clients' accounts, communicating representative discipline, as necessary. Identify and complete required regulatory reports, including Form U-4 and U-5 amendments, 30-day and quarterly 4530 Reports, and Suspicious Activity Reports.
