Job Title Assembler 1 Job Description Assembler (Ontario, California) Assembler 1 is responsible for performing manufacturing tasks in their assigned workstation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining continuous workflow efficiency. Your role: Follow safety requirements and wear the necessary PPE for the assigned workstation. Work in a team environment and maintain production rates to ensure a continuous workflow. Understand the steps required to complete assigned tasks and provide a brief verbal description of the operation. Follow verbal and written instructions and accept feedback from trainers or Group Leads. Report to the assigned workstation on time at the start of the shift and after break periods. You're the right fit if: You have experience in assembly, production, or a similar manufacturing role. You can work with small components, perform box assembly, and apply manual labeling. You can follow verbal and written instructions accurately. You are comfortable receiving feedback or coaching from trainers and Group Leads. You have strong attention to detail and good eye-hand coordination. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations. (This is an onsite role.) Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position in (Ontario, California) is $17.75 to $27.50 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
