As a Commercial Sales Executive, youll lead the charge in expanding Johnson Controls footprint across Altoona and Greensburgtwo markets primed for growth. Youll act as a true trusted advisor and brand ambassador, helping customers modernize their security solutions with cutting-edge technology. This is a role for a driven seller who thrives on building relationships, closing new business, and delivering long-term value to customers. How You Will Make an Impact Drive new business growth by developing strategic relationships and winning new commercial customers in a high-potential territory Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell, add-on, and system upgrade opportunities Own your territory with autonomydevelop call plans, prospecting strategies, and pipeline management Be the face of Johnson Controls Securityclearly articulating our value as an industry leader in integrated security solutions Deliver exceptional customer experience through post-installation follow-up and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention Build a strong network through referrals, partnerships, and Centers of Influence Stay ahead of the industry by maintaining deep product knowledge and understanding evolving client needs What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out Untapped market potential in Altoona and Greensburg gives you room to make a real impact Industry-leading solutions backed by a globally recognized brand Entrepreneurial environment with the support of a large organization Clear path to success for high performers who consistently exceed targets What Were Looking For Required Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to engage senior-level decision makers Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently Local travel within territory Preferred 2+ years of successful commercial sales experience in security, technology, or IT Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets College degree HIRING SALARY RANGE: $64K - $80K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
