Supervisor, Inside Sales North- Remote Lets go North, together. Join our mission to build the largest suite of credit card processing and merchant services. Job Summary: The primary goal of the Supervisor, Inside Sales is to drive revenue growth by leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). What youll do: Set clear sales goals, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and cultivate a positive, results-oriented team culture. Recruit, interview, and select talented sales professionals. Train new hires on products, services, sales processes, and company policies. Prospect and sell alongside the team, demonstrating effective sales techniques. Proactively generate new payment processing business through internal and self-sourced leads, employing cold-calling strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas. Negotiate contract terms, establish pricing, and ensure successful activation of new merchant accounts. Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor team and individual ISR KPIs, including call volume, qualified leads, conversion rates, and deal size. Conduct daily check-ins with team members to provide assistance with systems, underwriting, training, escalations, and other needs. What we need from you: High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred. Management experience within the Payments industry. 3+ years of Payments Sales experience in a self-prospecting role.
