As a Global Finance Senior Accountant, youll be a key member of our billing and accounts receivable team. Youll review fee schedules, generate invoices, and process transactions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and guideline adherence. Youll focus on critical details that ensure timely and accurate revenue recording and financial reporting. To thrive in this role, youve worked in billing or accounting within a large organization, with a complex financial structure. This role does require you to work in office four days a week: Monday-Thursday, typically between the hours of 8-5pm, you have the option to work from home on Friday. I am the person Capital Group is looking for. You have 3 years of accounting or billing experience. You have a bachelors degree or higher, with an emphasis on a business-related field. You have experience supporting monthly close activities, preparing account reconciliations and applying variance analysis to calculations and journal entries. You plan ahead and always leave time for self-review all while juggling multiple, sometimes competing, deadlines. You have a strong proficiency level with Microsoft, specifically Excel. Exceptional attention to detail has always been your thing. Youre highly observant and can spot missing information to avoid costly mistakes. Big data doesnt intimidate you, and you can swiftly navigate spreadsheets and creatively design formulas to facilitate complex analysis and insights. You leverage past experiences to navigate and adapt to new scenarios, always bringing horsepower and grit to find resolution. Youre a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, inquisitive, respectful and engaging. San Antonio Base Salary Range: $63,180-$101,088 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capitals annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
