THE JOB: As an On-Call Table Games Dealer on swing shift, you will bring energy, excitement, and top-tier service to every hand. With expert knowledge of the games and a welcoming approach, youll create a fun and fair environment that keeps guests coming back for more. Every shuffle, spin, and deal is your opportunity to deliver WOW moments and unforgettable experiences long after the last card is played. THE PAY RATE: $5.55 an hour plus tips THE SCHEDULE: On Call | Swing Shift 8:00pm - 4:00am DAY TO DAY: Deal three or more Game Types proficiently, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and variations Verbalize player instructions, card totals, results or any other information as required in the procedures of each game Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management Notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Commits to working selected on call shift/days on an as-needed basis Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Brings 6+ months of prior relevant experience dealing multiple table games in a similar setting Demonstrates knowledge in three or more game types: including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and variations THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
