What you will be doing Managing multiple external suppliers and procuring components to assure on time delivery. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Prepares purchase requisitions and maintains Schedule Agreement delivery schedules to obtain materials. Keeps management abreast of progress, developments and pending problems. Negotiates delivery dates, expediting and other escalations with suppliers. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Materials Management or procurement related field with 3 years of supplier, materials management, and planning/scheduling experience; or 7 years of supplier, materials management, and planning/scheduling experience. Familiarity in the Manufacturing Industry environment with experience managing external suppliers. Proficient with SAP, PC, and MS Office Suite.
