Job Summary Work Hours: B Shift (6:00 pm 6:00 am) This mission-critical, highly visible position is accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records. Principal Accountabilities: Will supervise a team of 16 people, comprised of (job titles of people this person will supervise). Also oversees the shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods. Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled. Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods. Maintains proper levels of stock in the Supermarket to ensure maximum profitability. Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on the Supermarket Accountable for ordering necessary equipment. Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked. Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner. Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse Requirements (Must Haves): Typically requires a bachelors degree or equivalent experience Typically requires 5 years of warehouse personnel supervisory experience, materials experience, and advanced experience using MRP systems or related field. Above work experience from large / Fortune 500 or similar manufacturing companies, e.g. contract manufacturing, medical devices, defense/aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, and/or food and beverage. Experience with MRP systems (e.g. Baan, SAP or Oracle, etc.) Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills, are required.
