Job Description: As a Travel Plaza Cashier at Fultonville Burger King, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment within our fast-paced travel plaza location. Job Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and take food orders accurately and efficiently. * Operate cash register and process various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards). * Count and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about menu items. * Assist with food preparation tasks as needed (e.g., preparing drinks, bagging orders). * Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, condiment stations, and front counter. * Stock and replenish supplies (e.g., napkins, cups, lids, straws). * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. * May assist with opening and closing procedures as required. Job Qualifications: * Ability to accurately handle cash and perform basic math calculations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
