What You Will Do: The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Test & Validation Engineer II to support the Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). As a Test & Validation Engineer II, youll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi-disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements for Antenna and Radar Products. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with Designing, controlling, and improving the manufacturing process focusing on testing through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team Improving yields Assisting with implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring Creating and overseeing improvement projects Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes Performing hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations Participating in internal design review of Prime Hardware and test environment. Qualifications You Must Have: Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and typically a minimum 2 years of relevant experience Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience with data analysis Qualifications We Prefer: Preferred major in electrical engineering/engineering technology Experience/education with interpretation of technical documents Experience with project execution Experience in Power Supply testing Experience in analog/power electronic component analysis and selection Experience in simulation and modeling of analog circuits and power electronics Demonstrated ability in use of electrical test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Function Generator, etc) What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 118,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
