About the role The QC Reviewer is responsible for performing quality control including daily in-process quality control on various projects. Ensures that all project related documentation is filled out accurately and in a timely manner by the analysts and that all procedures are respected as per the companys SOPs. This position is on site in Everett, Washington. What Youll Do Here Performs daily in-process quality control on multiple projects inter-team Verifies forms/paperwork, reports, and data tables generated by the analysts and scientists In charge of the quality within the laboratory according to GLP, regulatory agencies requirements and internal SOPs Supports and mentor analysts during the generation of supplementary information forms as needed to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness Ensures harmonization of techniques, procedures and documentation between analysts in the laboratory Conducts all work in compliance with applicable SOPs, GCPs, GLPs, and observe all company guidelines and policies May respond to in-life QA report May perform process verification QC: develops processes, executes and reports What Youll Need to Succeed College degree and/or University degree in Biochemistry, Immunology or equivalent field At least 2 years of experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical fields in data review and quality control Must understand general SOPs and have knowledge of GLP regulations Computer Skills: General to advanced computer skills: proficiency working with MS-Office, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook. Working knowledge of descriptive statistics Continual GLP training Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment under significant time pressure Demonstrated attention to detail and consistent ability to operate with accuracy and quality Ability to successfully operate independently with minimal guidelines Good organizational, attentive to details with respect to sample pretreatment procedures and raw data handling, good communication a plus Ability to work holiday, weekend, and evening hours as needed What We Offer The pay range estimated for this position is $21.73 to $30.00 per hour. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
