Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary The role of Prospect Management Analyst is an exciting opportunity for an early to mid-career professional who wants to be a part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team. This position will partner with the Medical Advancement team to identify and assign top prospects, manage the Grateful Patient review process, prepare for bi-annual strategy sessions, contribute to data integrity initiatives, and gather and analyze data for quarterly strategy consultations. This position is a part of the Prospect Management team and works with Prospect Management Consultants and a Senior Associate Director to assist with portfolio management for various teams within Medical Advancement. This position is a full-time, benefits-eligible role on campus with an optional hybrid work schedule. The Prospect Management Analyst will report to the Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Create and manage the Medical Advancement gift officer queues and processes, including: Continuously review and build out qualification queues for gift officers. Prioritize queues based on different data points to identify top prospects in queues. Collaborate with Prospect Research to identify current donors that are Leadership or Major gift prospects. Liaise with Medical Advancement, Prospect Research, and Data Analytics to: Manage the Pre-Opportunity review and assignment process. Identify recent Grateful Patients for assignment. Analyze and curate data for strategy sessions and consultations, at the direction of the Senior Associate Director Collaborate with Annual Giving PMC to manage the assignment of Med Annual Giving prospects. Provide critical support in the management, maintenance, and integrity of prospect data in CRM. Perform other duties as assigned.
