The Opportunity The Data Analyst will be an individual contributor that works under limited supervision. You will apply data subject matter knowledge to the area of Pharmaceutical/Biological processes. What Youll Work On Contribute to cross functional investigations by providing data analysis support. Work closely with engineers to build data solutions and visualization tools to support daily operations activities. Offer analytical expertise to your colleagues to encourage data-driven decision making. Present your findings to global colleagues and senior leadership. Moves own work forward with limited direction through use of frameworks and structure. Helps to scope studies timeline, expected outcomes, resources, etc. Proactive thinking and ideation to facilitate ongoing, open dialogue where information and ideas are shared to generate solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree required 0-2 years of experiences Have the ability to do statistical analysis. Should be able to quickly gain knowledge, understanding, or skill, and willingly absorb and comprehend Abbott processes, policies, and methods. Possesses good human relation skills in both implementing and coordinating efforts involved across several disciplines. Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and maintains strong working relationship with internal and external collaborators. Listens to and understands others' points of view and articulates tactfully and respectfully one's own perspective orally, in writing, and in presentations. Works well with other engineers in a collaborative, fast-paced goal-driven environment. Possesses interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences.
