Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?
