Job Description: Ryan Companies is hiring for a Facility Coordinator in Milan, IL! This will perform all facets of integrated facility management including the facility operations, logistics, employee services, and fire, life safety. Our goal is to provide a safe, productive, comfortable and clean working environment for building occupants for one or more properties. Our team includes engineering and logistics staff (all capacities), facility management, and building occupants. This reports to the Operations Manager. Some things you can expect to do: Primary point of contact for day-to-day facility services and requests Responsible for property level special projects, capital improvement, operational decisions, domestic mail and facility services Perform facility inspections, service response, and minor equipment repairs Solicit bids and monitor contractor performance for facility projects, testing and building systems inspections Provide project management of onsite projects Monitor, order approved purchases for building supplies, materials, and assigned projects Provide budgetary guidance Perform tasks related to employee move-in and move-out activity, associated furniture, and recordkeeping Support ancillary facilities, events, team members, and facility logistics Participate in on-call, after hours for building emergencies Work with Operations Manager to ensure all facility services, budgets, special projects, tenant improvements and emergency plans are implemented timely and properly Job Requirements: Exceptional customer service abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility software systems Comprehensive understanding of integrated facility management services Meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations daily Reliable, motivated; can work independently as well as on a team Excellent communicator Organization and accuracy is a must Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to use hand tools You will really stand out if: Minimum two years of experience in property or facility building operations Hold regional or local licensing/certifications in facility management Two-year technical degree Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation: The annual salary range is $46,000.00 - 57,500.00. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
