We are seeking a contract Mailroom Facilities Clerk to join our dynamic team onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will contribute to the operations of the Facilities team by opening and sorting mail according to detailed specifications, following compliance procedures with a high level of accuracy. You will search various databases for information, create basic spreadsheets for reporting and tracking, and carefully match outgoing checks to their corresponding envelopes. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time. Responsibilities: Assist in the Facilities Department, opening and delivering mail, Mail lookups, filling envelopes Assist with daily check runs Research and supply check copies for Client Services Team Assist in Document Control Department - coding and scanning of statements Create air bills for special handling Practice a high degree of attention to detail, and meticulously follow compliance requirements Assist with projects and daily coverage as needed Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook) Very strong attention to detail 2-3 years of mailroom experience preferred Availability to work on-site 100% of the time Flexibility to work occasional overtime The pay rate for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
