Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity, comfort, and independence. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing team. Respond promptly and courteously to resident call lights and requests. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Support meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver outstanding resident care. Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
