Position Summary Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure raw materials and finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This role drives productivity while maintaining a safe, compliant, and cost-effective environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO adherence Maintain compliance with EH&S policies and DOT, EPA, OSHA regulations Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews Support cross-training and workforce development with Material Handling Supervisor Drive 5S, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts Coordinate recycling activities and vendor services Manage P-Card purchases and assist with contingency planning Serve as backup to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager Qualifications Education & Certifications Associates degree (preferred) or equivalent experience DOT and Forklift Certification Experience 35 years in warehouse/manufacturing 23 years supervisory experience (preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP Skills & Requirements Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking ability Effective leadership, communication, and team development skills Working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 55 lbs.
