What You'll Do Maintain the appearance of the new and pre-owned vehicle inventory on the lot. Park, organize, and move vehicles throughout the dealership. Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including fueling, washing, and performing final quality checks. Help with vehicle merchandising and ensure the dealership lot and showroom remain clean, organized, and customer-ready. Support the Sales team with daily operations, including transporting vehicles and completing other tasks. What You'll Bring No previous automotive experience required. Work outdoors and remain active throughout the day, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Commitment to keeping vehicles clean, organized, and customer-ready. Work well as part of a team. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California pay range for this position is $16.90 - $20.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
