For more information, please visit www.teamwass.com. Job Overview: This is a full-time role, hybrid 3x per week from either our LA or Dumbo office. Are you someone who loves to work at the intersection of culture and creators? Wasserman seeks a senior strategist who will help us lead this effort by putting creators, influencers and their fans at the forefront of all they do. You will know their wants, needs and motivations. Specifically, youll analyze data, trends and derive insights to guide social campaigns for leading brands collaborating with creators and influencers. You should live and breathe the creator economy and internet culture, be well-versed in briefing creative teams, building rollout and comms plans, competitive analysis and audience research. Most importantly, you are a team player who is comfortable getting in the weeds and can also lead projects and teams. What You'll Do: Lead global creator strategy across regions, ensuring cultural nuance while maintaining a cohesive brand framework across markets. Develop scalable global playbooks and toolkits that empower regional teams to execute creator programs with clarity and consistency. Partner with global and regional stakeholders (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, NA) to align strategy, measurement frameworks, and campaign execution. Build creator ecosystems for technology brands, translating complex product narratives into culturally relevant creator storytelling. Identify cross-market creator trends, platform behaviors, and innovation opportunities, particularly within fast-evolving tech and mobile ecosystems. Participate in global client meetings across time zones, with flexibility to work occasional evenings as needed. What We're Looking For: 45 years of experience in influencer strategy within an agency or brand environment Experience working with technology, consumer electronics, or platform brands. Proven experience developing strategic playbooks, frameworks, or toolkits for global teams. Strong understanding of global social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Experience collaborating with cross-cultural teams and navigating regional market nuances. Willingness to work occasional evenings to accommodate global client time zones. Bonuses: Has led global or multi-market creator programs, with demonstrated ability to build frameworks adopted across regions. Korean language fluency or proficiency is a strong plus. Base salary range: $80-95K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
