About the team: The Spark Driver Earnings team ensures precise calculation, withholding, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings. This team plays a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance, tax accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement. By delivering data-driven insights and collaborating with stakeholders, the team supports effective business strategies that enhance driver experience and manage company risk. Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, accurate strategic plans. Recommend and implement initiatives based on analytical findings to drive business growth. Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and adjust strategies to meet objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute business plans. Establish and oversee processes ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance measurement. Mentor and develop associates, fostering a high-performing, team-based environment. Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous improvement.
